No matter how long the workday or work week. No matter how much it rained or stormy winds blew. No matter how tired or grumpy. I can count on Elijah Hugh to bring a smile to my face. Looks like you're having fun with those carrots. (Psst. Just between you and Uncle, I don't like carrots either. I like your method of smearing them around to make it look like you're enjoying them.)
Hey, Kid! This is not a new trick. Your Dad and Uncle David and probably Antie Patty mastered the same technique to savage the kitchen and not really have to eat too many carrots in the process. We thought it was funny the first time or two, but it's a trick that wears thin quickly. Watch out for impatient parents with upraised voices!
